DISCOVER Certification 1: behaviour and motivators

As a DISCOVER Certified trainer, coach or consultant, you will be authorised to purchase our DISCOVER Insights of behaviors and motivators and use them directly in your training, coaching or consulting role or practice. During the DISCOVER Certification 1 training you will learn how to work with the reports and learn the related languages of:

• DISC behaviours (HOW you do things) and
• Work related motivators (WHY do you things)

With the DISCOVER Insights of behaviors and motivators you can:

• Train and coach individuals after they become more aware of their natural and adapted behavioural styles
• Give individuals insights on how they can better communicate with others
• Coach individuals on making the right career choices
• Recruit the right individuals for specific jobs

In a team setting, if all team members complete their DISCOVER Insights, you can also:

• Improve the working dynamics of a team
• Build teams consisting of individuals with complementary behaviours and motivators
• Develop individuals to take on their roles within the team

The DISCOVER Certification 1 consists of:

• 1.5-day of theory, concepts, exercises and interactive group activities.
• 0.5-day of practice sessions with trainers’ feedback.

2 Weeks prior to the DISCOVER Certification 1:

• You will receive a link to complete your own DISCOVER Insights of talents
• You will receive a DISCOVER Certification I pre-reading pack via email

After the DISCOVER Certification 1:

• You will be listed as a DISCOVER Certified trainer, coach or consultant on our website
• You will receive FREE access to our DISCOVER LinkedIn group

Free DISCOVER Training kit

During the training you will receive:

• Your personal DISCOVER Insights of talents (includes behaviors and motivators)
• DISCOVER Certification 1 Trainer Handbook
• DISCOVER Certification 1 Trainer reference materials (e.g. mind maps, checklists)

Free DISCOVER Starter kit

To help you to kickstart the introduction of DISCOVER Insights of behaviors and motivators into your organisation or in your training, coaching or consulting practice, you also will receive a complete DISCOVER Starter kit. It includes:

DISCOVER Certification 1 Program

Day 1 Programme (09.00 hours till 18.00 hours)

• DISC Behavioural styles and characteristics
• How to interpret DISC graphs
• DISC Behavioral styles recognition (verbal and non-verbal signs) – group activities
• 7 dimensions of work related motivators (and how to recognise them)
• How do behavioral styles and motivators interact? – group activities

At the end of day 1, there will be drinks, followed by a group dinner (optional).

Day 2 Programme (09.00 hours till 17.00 hours)

• Certification examination – 45 minutes
• Examination discussion and de-brief
• How to work with behavioral styles and motivators in work situations? – practical coaching sessions and case studies
• How to market and sell DISCOVER Insights successfully?
• Hand-out of certificates, next actions and closing
