Innovation theatre: workshop for the growth of your business

Mastermind´s innovation theatre is a workshop innovation where entrepreneurs and students answer three business questions. The following questions will be answered:

• How do I find new clients for my products?
• What can I improve in my product or process?
• How can I reach my target group faster and easier?
• How do I bring my new product onto the market?
• Which business model suits my company best?

Innovation theatre: For whom?

Mastermind´s innovation theatre is meant for entrepreneurs, managing directors and managers who want to get many and out-of-the-box ideas to make their business grow in a short period of time.

Preparation

As preparation for the workshop innovation we ask you to make a short “pitch-presentation”. In this 5-minute pitch you state the business question you want to put to the entrepreneurs and students.

Innovation theatre made-to-measure

The innovation theatre takes place in a real theatre. In the workshop innovation we use the theatre facilities for a maximum stimulation of creativity.

In a 5-minute presentation three entrepreneurs explain their business questions. Then students think up answers to each question in three groups. The entrepreneurs answer the group´s questions and comment on the ideas.

In a plenary session students present the results as a show. All participants bring forward additional ideas.

Finally the entrepreneurs give their reaction on the proposals.

The innovation theatre is a cooperation between Mastermind and the Advanced Business Creation academy of the Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch. Mastermind staff and Avans instructors coach the sessions under supervision of day chairman.
